1. LOCATION: The hotel is located literally in front of Hakata Station (which houses the city subway and trains going within and outside Fukuoka) and Hakata Bus Terminal (whose buses also go around and outside Fukuoka). Both have routes to the airport. Additionally, there are lots of bus stops within a 1-2 minute walk. A taxi stand is also in front of the hotel. The hotel is part of a huge complex with convenience stores and restaurants (like Ichiran!) in the lower floors. 2. Amenities: The room has everything that you will need: toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers (not disposable though), comb, razor, green tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, fridge, electric water kettle, hair blower, TV, and of course, in true Japanese fashion, a toilet bidet. You can also borrow the following items from the front desk: ironing board + clothes iron, nail clipper, suit press, foot pillow, additional head pillow, additional blanket, and much much more. Room aside, the hotel also has a lounge in the first floor with tea, lemon water, coffee, and tea bags. This lounge has lots of tables and a microwave so you can opt to chill here and eat your meals without going to your room. There are also vending machines scattered across the floors and a coin laundry in the topmost floor. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast was buffet and Japanese style. Some dishes include: sweet and sour chicken, meatballs with bechamel sauce, and cajun chicken. There are also breads, fruits, yogurts, and soups, as well as a salad bar. 4. Staff: The staff are very accommodating! While you might experience a language barrier sometimes (only sometimes though, some staff are very good at English), they try their best to help you with your concerns. We really enjoyed our stay here and we had great sleep! We'll stay here again when we go back to Fukuoka.

The hotel is located kitty corner across Hakata Main Station Entrance, which makes it a very convenient location. The hotel is old, but facilities clean. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but enough. Cereal, fresh smoothies, juice, yogurt, 2 different fruits, potato salad, broccoli, sliced raw cabbage, sausage, 2 entrées, scrambled eggs, rice, soup, pastry. Breakfast crew was excellent. The front staff was ok, not overly attentive. Good Ramen shops right in back of hotel, Starbucks 2 doors down, 7-11 3 doors down. Like I said, great location!

it’s very convenient, just across the road from Hakata station. We checked the schedule for the bus going to the Fukuoka international terminal and only needed to leave the hotel 15min ahead of the time to catch the bus. The hotel is connected to the Hakata station via underground walkways and you can find plenty of food options here too. The price of the hotel also included breakfast, which is simple but good. The cafe also provides hot beverages throughout the day so we were able to get a hot drink when we arrived on a cold and rainy night.

Breakfast is free and much more than continental breakfast. You have fresh coffee from machine, freshly blended fruit juices, fruits, salads, cereals, 3 to 4 types cooked food, soup, buns, wafer etc. Location is superb. Bus terminal, train and subway just opposite the road. Plenty of shopping and eateries. Single Bed size bigger than suppler single and very comfortable. Tatami room is huge estimate 1.5 times standard room

I liked having two twin beds so my daughter and I could sleep comfortably. Room temperature was perfect. Nice and cool for sleeping. It was also very quiet. Everything other than the below was fine. The bed was firm the way I like it but my daughter found it too firm so a 50/50 for that. The subway was close by so excellent for getting around. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
